Refunds Policy

Consumer rights for refunds and replacements:

 

Our aim is to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase, therefore 'we' as a company will not be fully satisfied until 'you' as a customer is satisfied with your products.

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

That is why we ask for honest feedback from all our customers to help us better our services. Though we do our best in creating exceptional natural products to help nourish your skin and hair, if you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to cancel your order, you may do so within a 7 day period upon receiving your order.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 

  • The product must be unopened

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must not be damaged

 

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged goods:

If your product arrives damaged or faulty in any way please do contact us at info@arganicbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the order, including photographic evidence of the damage,  in order to receive a replacement of the product. 

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 27 badminton road sw12 8bn. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds are processed and credited into your account within 5-10 working days
